• Payment Methods:

  We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank Transfers
  • Cash
• Payment Terms:

  Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement for all standard products.

  Custom Orders: For custom packaging orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the order and before shipping.

• Invoices:

  Invoices will be emailed to the customer upon order confirmation.

• Late Payments:

  A late payment fee will be applied to overdue invoices.

  Accounts with invoices overdue by more than 60 days may be put on hold, and future orders will be processed only on a prepayment basis.

• Discounts and Promotions:

  Any discounts or promotional offers must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

  Discounts and promotions are subject to their specific terms and conditions.

• Sales Tax:

  Sales tax will be applied to all orders as required by law.

• Currency:

  All prices and payments are in CAD.
